Project Management
Paul uses Project Management techniques to ensure the works are properly organized to deliver a quality end product at optimum value. Having agreed the outcome with the client Paul will schedule and co-ordinate the project activities from initial design; selection and deployment of skilled trades people; negotiating the best deals for materials and sub contractors to then supervise project delivery to the best quality and cost.
Delivering successful projects requires the initial design ideas are clear and well defined. Working closely with Architects and the Client, Paul is always keen to achieve the best designs before construction begins and during the course of the project. Clear communication is a key factor for these projects and Paul ensures this by utilising regular e-mail updates and photographs for customers if they are unable to visit the project site on a regular basis. The main aim of project management is to offer value, quality, efficiency and no hassle to the clients from start to completion.
